Rules
Acceptable Use
Simple rules for keeping Extra Minutes useful, fair, and friendly.
Core rules
Keep listings accurate
Friendly listings should be real, accurate, and useful for arranging games. If key details change, update the listing or remove it so other teams are not responding to stale or misleading information.
Keep messages friendly
Listings, messages, and documents should stay relevant and practical for arranging matches. Harassment, abuse, spam, or off-topic content has no place in the product.
Use public poll links carefully
Availability poll links are public-by-link, so share them carefully. Use them only for the team decision they were created for, and avoid collecting or exposing unnecessary personal information.
Do not impersonate clubs, teams, coaches, or people
Only create or manage profiles, teams, friendly listings, and verification requests when you have permission to do so.
Content, payments, and permissions
Do not post fake or misleading friendlies
Extra Minutes is for genuine friendlies, training games, and casual game arrangements. Fake, duplicate, or misleading listings make it harder for teams to find real games.
Do not upload unsafe or unnecessary content
Documents and notes should only be added when they help the relevant workflow. Club verification uploads should be limited to what helps the review.
Do not work around access rules
Use access, subscriptions, checkout where enabled, and account roles only as provided in the product. Do not try to bypass charges, reuse access you no longer have, or work around role restrictions.
Do not access data you are not allowed to access
Do not try to view, export, change, or interfere with clubs, teams, chats, documents, or account data unless your role and permissions allow it.
When access may be limited
Extra Minutes may limit, suspend, or remove access where needed to keep the product fair and reliable. We may act more quickly where misuse risks other users or the service.
Questions or concerns
If you need help understanding one of these rules, or you want to report misuse, use the Contact page and include enough detail for the issue to be reviewed clearly.
