Extra Minutes is provided by Extra Minutes Limited.

Users can request deletion of their Extra Minutes account and associated data by contacting support at support@playextraminutes.com.

What to include

Please include the email address used for your Extra Minutes account so the support team can identify the right account. Extra Minutes may ask for additional information if needed to confirm that you are authorised to make the request.

If you are writing about a club, team, child, availability poll, friendly, support message, or verification request, include enough context for the request to be reviewed clearly.

What happens to data

When an account deletion request is completed, account/profile data and associated app data will be deleted or anonymised.

Some records may be retained where necessary for legal, security, fraud prevention, billing, dispute resolution, safeguarding, audit, or regulatory reasons. Any retained records are kept only for as long as needed for those purposes.

Deleting some data

You can also request deletion of some data without deleting your full account. Email support@playextraminutes.com and describe the data you want reviewed or deleted.
