The product helps teams connect and arrange games directly. It provides friendly listings, availability polls, notifications, and friendly chat so clubs and coaches can coordinate informal matches more efficiently.
Who can use the service
The service is intended for adults who manage, coach, administer, or arrange friendlies for grassroots teams or clubs. You should only create or manage club and team profiles when you have permission to do so.
Accounts and accurate information
You need an account for most features in Extra Minutes. Please keep account, club, team, venue, and contact information accurate, and keep your sign-in details safe.
Friendly listings and availability checks
Friendly listings
The product is for informal friendlies, training games, and casual games. Listings should be accurate, practical, and useful for real match arrangements.
Availability polls
Availability poll links are public-by-link, so they should be shared carefully with the people who actually need them.
Interest and confirmation
Teams can express interest in a friendly. The host can review interested teams and select one, and the selected team should confirm before the stated cutoff if they want the friendly to go ahead.
Access, subscriptions, and payments
Eligible clubs and teams can use friendly search, posting, interest, selection, and confirmation when their access allows it. If paid subscriptions are enabled, prices and checkout details are shown before payment. Extra Minutes uses payment status information so access can be applied correctly.
Responsibilities beyond the product
Safeguarding, supervision, venue readiness, insurance, first aid, emergency planning, and other match-day responsibilities remain with the participating teams, clubs, and organisers.
You should continue to follow your normal club, league, County FA, school, venue, or governing body rules. Extra Minutes does not approve, sanction, referee, supervise, insure, or organise matches.
Changes and contact
Extra Minutes may update features, subscription rules, prices, verification processes, or these Terms over time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Legal disputes relating to these Terms are handled under the jurisdiction of England and Wales.
