Trust and review
Club Verification Rules
Verify your club with clear proof. Verification requests are reviewed manually.
What to prepare
Verification is free. A good request shows who is submitting, their club role, and proof that matches the club name.
- Submitter details: use the full name of the person submitting and their role at the club.
- Official proof: upload documents that show the club name clearly.
- Useful notes: explain old names, shared venues, or different contact details.
Proof documents
Have these ready before you start:
- Club registration certificate
- League affiliation letter
- Committee confirmation
Use official documents where possible. Add a short note if anything does not match exactly.
Uploaded verification documents are used to review the club verification request. Once review is complete, uploaded verification documents are removed.
After submission
Review queue
Verification requests are reviewed manually, and the status is updated when review is complete. Extra Minutes may keep a record of the verification outcome for account, safety, and audit purposes.
Status updates
Pending, approved, and verified requests show their current status.
Need changes
If a request is rejected, reviewer notes explain what to update.
Use the Contact page if you have a verification question.
