How to raise a request
You can email Extra Minutes at support@playextraminutes.com. If you already have access to the Extra Minutes app, you can also use the Contact page inside the app and include enough detail for the team to understand the request.
Extra Minutes is not an emergency service. If there is an immediate risk of harm, contact the appropriate emergency services or your local safeguarding, welfare, club, school, venue, or governing body contact.

What to include
- Your name and the email address you would like Extra Minutes to use for replies.
- The club, team, friendly, availability poll, verification request, or account the message relates to.
- Dates, links, screenshots, or steps to reproduce an issue where they help explain the request.
- For privacy requests, enough information to confirm you are authorised to act for the relevant account, club, team, or child.
